All of our products are genuine products and come with the manufacturers Australia Wide warranty, the warranty period offered differs for each product, and can be found on our product pages. If the product you have purchased has failed in some way within the manufacturers warranty period, the recommended procedure is to email support@gwoffgrid.com.au  or call our customer service team. If they can’t resolve the issue over the phone, you will  be referred to the nearest authorised service agent who can inspect, service, or diagnose and repair any faults that may be required in order to get your product back to perfect working order. The team at GWOFFGRID will always strive to repair or replace your product ASAP, we only ask that you treat us with respect and courtesy when communicating with us. In order for us or any of our authorised service agents to assist you quickly in the case of a claim, please have your original order or tax invoice number on hand when you call or email. If you can’t find this information please contact us and we will email you a copy if needed.

Product returns cannot be accepted without contacting us first and a Return Authorisation (RA) being generated for you.
